some of my buddies told me about this movie, so i went to the local book store yesterday to get the new snowboarder mag and get this free full length dvd called 91 words for snow. this is probably the best snowsport movie i have ever seen, it destroys any ski movie i have ever seen and it came free in a 5 dollar mag, even though it is snowboarding, it made me so stoked to go out and ride . david benedek is my hero and i recomend everyone check this movie out! and o ya, it is afterbang quality!

IT IS AWESOME, haha, I like Afterlame more, but this was 5 bucks, I watched it twice back to back. That jump was a cool idea if it had worked too. I dunno tho I just bought Waiting Game and it is AMAZING

What I love about it was how they document each side of the sport, and the passion for that side. The guys who rode pipe, Jeremy and Basich in AK, the journey up to AK, Building massive jumps, the rail techies from quebec, and the depression of having wasted days. Benedek is doing great things for the sport right now and , to me, 91 Words is a step in the right direction.

exactly, it seems more roots me to me, like THIS IS SNOWBOARDING, its so diferent from the atitude of so many ski vids these days.

i made a thread about this vid. a few weeks ago. i fucking love it! its got such a good vibe. i really like how it captures the "fun" factor in snowboarding (skiing). epic film, and its even cooler cause it's free.

i just finished watching it for the third time and i cant believe it. i am in love with afterlame and robotfood. this just about steps up to the plate. it was sooooo goood.

i think i have that.. does it have an EXTREMELY ANNOYING transition from boarder to boarder and have a robot vioce say the names of the boarders?

yeh I think the whole thing is a similar crew and I think the dave benedik part had a huge impact also

Robotfood, and more importantly, AfterLame, was one, actually I think it's still my favorite snow-movie ever. I can watch it any time of year.

Saw it a few weeks ago and its quality. Watched DC mountain lab the other day though and its one of the best films ive ever seen. The mountain lab is my nirvana.

I gotta agree, 91 words for snow is by far the best snow-sports video out there right now. I loved its chill vibe and how they covered all aspects of the sport, its one of those movies you could just watch over and over and it makes you so stoked just to get out there and ride/ski.

I just saw this movie, its sick by the way, but there is one part where they make a huge step up in whistler, that they werent able to make the gap, but i was wondering if that is the same one that rage films just tried and couldnt do it also?

^ 91 was one of the best vids of last year by far. Such a good make you wanna ride vibe. But dude I have no idea how you could think that stupid rage jump has any resemblance to benedeks whistler jump.

thats odd... two months ago my mom gave me this burned copy of a local movie called 91 words, it never worked on my dvd playert so i never watched it, it just sits on my computer table. i really wanna see it now

my neighbor...jake price...is one of guy who made it....sick movie....he also did all the robot food, and december....all good movies! funny that you should like 91 words and the robot food since the same guy was workin on them
