How are they with warranty? i just broke a pair of Reactor 12's on their second time being used, they were properly mounted by a certified line tech, i just was going thru some sticky man made snow and i popped foward causing the front piece to move all the way foward freely with out adjusting them, and have a 2 year warranty because i bought line skis with them, so i figure to just call up getboards.com and see what they can do but does this sound like it will be covered? How long is line take to deal wiht this type of stuff? i dont want to have to get a new set up after the second time being used if they take forever to deal with.
send them back and buy a different binding for your skis. when the new reactors are sent to you sell them if you can or return them to the store for credit. If you broke them once you will probably do it again, that has been my experience with them.
someone at getboards set them? did you send them your boot? I dunno that I would trust them with anything.. they have a business rating of F with the BBB.
i bet also, but as long as they are a certified LINE tech i dont care because i can get new ones and take them to a shope like 25 mins away and get them mounted by them to see if they can do it better.
