i doubt it. the only 20 gigs ive seen in stores are ones that people traded in to apple stores and apple refurbished them or w/e for re-sale. i dunno if you get a warrenty for that. but just get a new one. the 30 gig is as much as a 20 gig was.

try Virgin Megastores I went there yesterday and they still sell the old ipod color (non video) along with the new one

yeah as soon as apple comes out with a new one they stop selling the old ones so you gotta go used or refurbished or get lucky and find one online that never sold. what price range are you looking for?
