if you only have a cd player then an Itrip wont work with it. they are designed only for ipods. there are other models that i think work with cd players. i think one is made by belkin.

I've got something similiar, It's no-name brand for 4.99 and it works really good upclose but when you get far away the bass gets all farty.

dont get the iTrip...they suck balls. the best one ive seen is the icar player by monster. it plugs into the cigarette lighter and charges your ipod too.

go there and its the second one down. the first one might be good too. its way better than the iTrip

true but you wont be listenin to static all the time. i have the monster one cause my friend cant drive anymore so he gave it to me. works waaaayy better than itrip

itrips are really good if your staying in one spot. kinda bad when you drive because you have to change the channel alot

the monster one has 8 different different channels you can pick from and you only have to change it if you make drastic drives

I hate my itrip, I would say do not get one. either hardire the ipod into the radio, or get a tape adapter.

fuck cars without tape players. i just got a new car that doesnt have one, ive gone through 2 i trips (the older model and the new one which you can change the frequency to anything you want) and they suck so much balls i just gave up and went back two cds. ive used the monster one and its definitely better but still nowhere close to perfect so i dont even bother

Do not get an iTrip, they suck and always go in and out of signal. Go to Car Toys or Best Buy and they will hook you up with a cord that goes into your CD player which works way better. I hate my iTrip. I chucked it out the window when driving to Cali because it was pissing me off so much.

i agree with melvs...hardwiring it and gettin the adaptor would be the best but thats even more expensive. but if you just want the fm transmitter than monsters your best bet
