Ski pants question

excuse my ignorance, but does anyone know what the straps are for on the pack of some ski pants. they are kind of like suspenders yet they dont go up they seem to vjust stay there by your ass. does anyone have any idea what these are used for, or their purpose? thx.

no, no specific pant. i've just seen ski pants that have the two straps that attach in the front but then wrap around in the back. like i said they kind of look like suspenders, but are too short to go around your shoulders. the straps pretty much stop at your ass.

Maybe they're suspenders that are just adjusted as short as possible? No idea other than that
