The best way to get good at landing switch is to get used to riding switch... you may look stupid for a while, but I'd recommend just riding switch everywhere you go... get used to the feeling. It's important that you get used to being centered, almost leaning backwards, thats the way you'll have the most control. It's instinctive to lean forward and put the pressure in the front of your boots when riding switch, but you lose control and stability that way. Once you get used to riding switch, landing switch is a lot easier. Just do bunches of 180s to get the feel of it... and it's easier to land looking straight down between your skis, then looking over your shoulder.
