How do you put a pic on your forum

Hey im replying to threads and stuff and everyone has pics on the side...how do i get one on there?

go to the top and click My NS then click forum icon and put one in but it has to be a certain size and stuff

50x50 I forget what they call ems, and less than a certain file size, but if the pis has the right dimensions it won't matter.

50X50 PIXELS at 72ppi.

always save for web in your graphics program to ensure smallest file size and appropriate color space so your image will display the best it can
