Carving, pow and park-all in one

gday fellas.
im tryin to decide on what skis to get for this season, but i cant. im gonna be doing alot of backcountry as well as hard pack so in need something that can carve but also decent in pow. ill probably be spending %40-%50 of my time in the park as well. ive had a look at the chronic wides, karmas, pe's and the arv's. any help would be much appreciated.

the chronic wides ride really, really nice. not too sketchy on ice/hardpack, rips groomers, and rocks the park switch. i havent really had a chance to ride pow in em (northeast, blah), but as far as ive seen theyre an excellent all around ski.

salomon foil. 85 waist (174 length), so it can hold up wherever, stiff enough for carving, soft enough for park. git'r done.
oh yeah, the pe's are sick for all mountain and this years are even a big fatter. bonus.

Foils aren't stiff.
You'd need to give people your weight and height to get anything useful.

either foils or the karmas. those will be fine. tou might even consider the scratch spraye bc, tho im not sure how stiff it is.

Karma deff my friend had them and that was the ski he used 4 every thing like park / pipe / glades / pow (if we could find ne) and steeps

i asked that exact question to my ski shop that carried all of those skis and in like 30 seconds they said ARV by far...thats what i got

I'm in the same boat as you and have pretty much narrowed it down to either the Karma's or Mojo 80s.
Pow and carving skis are stiffer then park skis, so you are looking for a ski that is at least around 80 waist and is stiff for a park ski.

the 05/06 scratch FS is suck a sick ski!..ive been skiing them for about 6days and they really shred. they are awesome in park a little stiff but you can flex them more than karmas, and they widened them so they should be fine for powder. plus you can really lay em' down and arc some turns

PEs are great in the park and on the gromers but lack width underfoot to beable to float in pow much. Karmers still lack son width and are a little to soft. I would go for arvs in 175cm mounted back from center so thers no tip dive and the ski well on groomers. Can anyone tell me where i should mount my new arvs for bc and general pourose. Werd
