Stress fractures

Anyone ever get a stress fracture where the top part of the back of your boot hits your calf? When I crashed today my leg wanted to bend back but my boot, which was still in the binding, wouldn't let it. Now my leg hurts like hell. Just wondering if this has ever happened to you all.
