i haven't really seen any wiggers on a ski hill. i see lots of people having fun wearing baggy clothes because they think it looks good and listening to music other than rap, but rap if that is there choice in music.
Because black people can jump higher, and that means they get more air off the jumps. These wiggers just which they had the mad ups the negros do while on skis.
This is my theory on black culture incorporated into newschool skiing:
1) most people seem to find rap and hip-hop easier to ski to because it has a constant beat and you're able to get more flow from it.
2) Big baggy clothes are much easier to move and do tricks in rather than normal fitting clothes.
3) Some pros have that kind of style so surely it will reflect on everybody else.
4) Now this might be a stretch, but I think over the years, newschoolers have wanted to differentiate themselves from regular downhill skiers. So what is the exact opposite of the sterotypical rich, upper-middle class, aspen skier... black gangster thugs from compton. Just a thought. I mean sort of like the whole tanner-bode thing. Tanner doesn't want to be viewed as a counter-part of bode. Even if skiers don't intentionally do it, I think it happens almost subconsciously.
its not being a wigger.. its the newschool style it defines us.. plus everone knows baggy coat and pants is way more comfy/warm than skin tight spyder spandex
i listen to rap just cuz its sick and i love hardcore rap, and baggy cloths are just comfy, i really dont think most r wiggers, wiggers have damn like flatbrims and wear fake ice, freeskiing's style is different
First of all...wearing baggy clothes is not considered being a wigger...and second of all, compare the amount of "wiggers" with snowboarding and skateboarding. There are alot more in those sports than in skiing.
no wearing baggy clothes isn't being a wigger because as many have mentioned before, it's more comfortable. if u say things like "1,2,3,fo' ,the po-po's, the five-0" and other slang and try to sound african american then that is one part of wiggerism. wearing a flat brim hat also isn't wiggerish unless you're wearing like a 5xl jersey that goes along with the team on the hat, or if everything else you're wearing matches the hat. o yea and don't leave the sticker on hat because i doubt you stole it and are gonna bring it back for a diff hat. i know not everything i said is correct but thats just what i think
