Heelpiece problem

okay, my rossi bindings, the ones with the turntable heelpiece seems to have loosened up, and it looks like the main screws need to be tightened back down. the thing is i have no idea how to access these screws cuz it looks like they are under the main heelpiece. like the whole binding can lift up about 2 cm.. any help??

take them to the shop where you got them mounted

yeah, problem is im broke, and the shop i got them mounted at is a province over, plus i want to go skiing tomorow. i swear my friend and his shitty salomons cursed me.
