Just looking at the all blacks vid and I was wondering how many people on NS play rugby or follow it at all?

If you play what is your position and what team do you play for?

I am a prop/lock and play for cole harbour and U-21 Keltics

Plus with rugby there is the team aspect football is a bunch of players showing off. Rugby u need teamwork to win, if u have an amazing back but your forwards suck ass your gonna lose. Besides how many football teams do you see going and getting shittered with their opponents after? Ive been in a fight with a dude in a game and we bought each other shots later because we know what its about, still dont like him though...

RUGBY is fucken gay. And i'm from NZ, you dont know how much shit we have to put up with that shit. its like "our" only claim in the sporting world, such a load of shit, we lost to fucken england in the world cup. fucken england. Plus i hate the rugga jocks at uni that wear shorts just past their nuts and be as loud as they can, makes me want to stab them in the face with a butcher knife. Dumb Fucks. Rugby fucken sucks, beleive me. The actual game is ok, but the shit around it outweighs that a million to one.

I will agree with on the fact that some players can be annoying and loud and etc but you have to expext that with every sport. If youre basis on hating rugby is cause some guys beat up on you then that is unfair. Just because there are a couple of stupid jocks doesn't mean the entire sport sucks.

As for NZ rugby as youre only claim to sports it don't matter. I am from canada the only the only thing we are good at is hockey.

I play winger/second row for my school team, which is undeafeted and provincial winners 2 years in a row. I also play flyhalf for capilano, we came 3rd.

That's me... I played wing in HighSchool and then wing and more scrum half in club rugby, 1st and 3rd div. Haven't played in a few years now cause of injuries but I'm starting up & aside again this summer...

yeah im done for this season too, which sucks, because i will be too old for the Jr Mav (superleague team) and Alberta when i get back, see my sig. I guess ill just have to hit the gym not that i cant run and get bigger if i want to play proper mavericks in the superleague.

Oh and to add to the choke value of being out, i got offered a place in Taranaki New Zealand on a team, with the possibility of trying out with a semi-pro team, which is gone down the shitter now

guys i dont know if im playing rugby this year!!? i havent gone to one practice cause there all in a gym and all we do is run and i went up to my coach and asked if i could still play and he said he'd 'think about it' even though i had the most tries on my school team last year

Why didn't you go to practice? The practices in the gymm are good for ball handling and stuff. I am a coach and I always start with that stuff to get people used to catching and passing again

well actually i didnt have the most tries on the team last year i only had one. but as for the people bashin football i guessin u havent played it. i play both and football hits are way harder.
