I did a 1/2 seminar about canada/us relations, there is a ton of info (nafta, joining war on iraq, how us will be upset if canada decriminalizes pot, ect), you can pick either side to debate from...so its a good topic, but maybe 3 mins is too short to cover all the info

I did a three minute speech on paper once it was called "My paper on paper" and i got a 95 on it.
