press 2nd, then 8, but i would recommend just learning how to differetiate, so you can do calculus without your calculator, all the tests in my class have been non-calculator

Find the 'd'. It should be a 2nd function of one of your keys, but I'm not sure about that. Then, do d(function, x) where x is the independent variable of your choice.

If you want the specific value at a point, graph the function, then hit draw and tangent line then get the slope.
