Good for you. You got a good deal. This is a good deal, too. 170 + shipping = 180 or 190. Save 30 bucks for a lightly used pair of bindings if you buy them from me. You won't find them much cheaper. Im going to take a wild guess and say ummmm Blue since thats the only color they made them.
Are the brakes bent at all?

They are the blue ones. Brakes are not bent but if you look on TGR you can find a full tutorial with pictures on how to bend them.
