west is the wasatch front
to find the best in the east just travel east over the atlantic ocean than keep going and then fly over the pacific still going east and land in slc, bingo you found it

stowe jay mad river smuggs all have great stuff, sugarbush isnt bad either, sugarbush is my favorite cause its empty and you can hit pow long after. And managment there is super friendly, all in all making it ultra fun to ski their.

yeah a lot of people have not explored the real out of bounds areas at the bush and mad river, i live on the backside of mt. ellen, or well i used to, my dad does, and it's always been a tradition to venture down the backside of the the mountains and ski home on occasion and it's seriously dope there are some out of this world east coast pow stashes a nice drops

but anyways, connon does have anything "extreem" but they have just as much or more than the other mountain on the east coast just no like clifs or anything. There is a whole second ski mountain that you can hike to that used to be in operation, plus you the back sides of both mountians + more

That place at Cannon is wicked cool, especially after a nice snowfall but it tends to be really cold (not that it matters when you're hiking). Anyways, i still give it good marks for terrain.
