Anyone get extremely cold feet after awhile of skiing. I got some new thinner socks, because the bootfitter said they have better circulation than thicker ones. My feet were still cold as hell after I sessioned the park all day. Is it a movement thing?
was your boot dry? i mean actually dry? cause if it wasn't then thats the reason, my feet is always warm, then it will get cold for a bit, then warm for the rest of the day
oh ya and to add, ya its a movement, if your body isn't warm, then your blood will suck out of ur feet and hands to keep the body warm, so your body needs to be warm. and thinner socks also help
you gotta keep moving. if you rock the park all day and are constantly standing still or riding lifts, then you will naturally lose circulation, and therefore warmth
also if you put your top buckles of your boots on really tight it can slightly reduce the amount of blood circulating in your foot, which in turn can chill your feet off a bit
