he is sooo good, as a person he is kind wierd, but seriously he is alot better than like anyone else at park stuff, and his style is so sweet.

is his skiing overrated... i woulndt say so..hes wicked good..but i think overall he is a little played out...hes a great skier but i thinkt there are better ones out there

who is better? No one matches his part in TBC. In fact, that may be the best segment on skis ever.

i think the only thing that killed the dubski part was him and his boys dancing around the camera with bandans on blowing smoke at the camera... totally wrecked to part. the skiin was amazing though.

Tanner is a great park skier. He also hits backcountry kickers well. I won't call him one of the best skiers in the world until I see him kill big mountain lines the same way, and although he is better than people think he has a long way to go.

How can you say the skier with the most major competition medals, and who also continues to pump out some of the hottest segments every year, is over rated?

I mean not to mention how well rounded he is. Obviously his park skiing is his major forte, but he is also awesome in the pipe and big air. His big mountain skiing has come a long way too on the BC booters. And what about 900 over chads... yeah he got jacked up the second time, but damn.

Theres a reason why he has the biggest sponsors in the industry.

you know what..all the people dissing him, i spent a fair bit of time talking to him at Freshtival this year in calgary, he so sooo polite and super nice too...all i have to say is that most of you havent even met him, all you have done is seen him in videos, he acts diferent in real life around other people.(most of the time) so all of you who dont like him go and shove it!

He is definitely the best freestyler out there. i always doubt him then i see him in a movie or in a comp and he always comes thru for me. he definitely bitched too much about the x games last year, his silver medal run was not as good as gagnier's, period.

Hes underrated I would say. People think hes not on top of the game, but he is. He leads skiing for so long, and still does. Its rediuclous. Respect. GG nollie urban ledges, GG tail slides and noseslides down urban, GG switch cork 9 mute chads. With half a season.

They're are plenty of good skiers who are awesome and aren't full of themselves. Tanner is awesome, one of the best, but he certainly isn't one of those skiers.

tanner's got the best style of anybody, and starts all of the trends. double grabs? that was all tanner. the kid is sick, tbc was redic, for a while i didnt like his attitude, but his caliber of skiing has surpassed all of that. HE IS THE BEST.

I think that Tanner was the best a few years ago, he was ahead of his time with his techy tricks and style, but the competition has caught up to him, hes no longer the best

The only problem with Tanner is that he thinks he owns skiing. When he showed up at X-Games last year he skied okay, and thought he should have just gotten his medal before hand, he got schooled when he didnt win and was also pissed. He also disses on ski racing, not cool! When he used to ski race, but whatever he's pro I guess who can do whatever he wants!

no, i dont hink people actually realize how he is...when people rag on him for not being good enough at something...he goes out and perfects it...like pipe...he used to suck...he is DOPE at pipe now...point2...he used to be horrible at big mountain lines and drops, but i have seen some clips of rescent and he is actually looking sick at that too...he has so much drive and passion that people dont understand him threw his ghetto style...

Plus, he is ahead in the game, no one else is doign switch 9s over chads, or nollies onto ledges, or tails or noses like his down urban. He is leading the sport, like it or not.
