I'm gonna go this year cause i'm in Cali and its real cheap to get to Denver from here. I wanted to know a few things before I start booking shit that I can't find on Vail's site.
Where does the comp take place? Lionshead, Village, somehwere else?
Where is the best place to stay if you could stay anywhere you wanted? I would like to be close to comp and I'm gonna try to get a decent sized room or place cuz for some after-afterparty shit.
Is it worth showing up a day or two before? Is anyone there practicing and shit?

its on golden peak, there arent many hotels that you can get for cheap there, and yes, people do show up early. Last year Grete was there a week before.

im saying every team has already registered five athletes as well as the pre qualified list its almost full and this year they are letting less people in so the event runs smoother and faster. I am sure the registration on thursday will sell out in about 34 seconds maybe a 100 spots open at the most if that from what i was told. so be on your computer and type fast is what i am truly saying
