Replying to Binding rant
How many early season 540 attempts does it take to break the snowstopper on any given binding (pretty much)? You know what im gonna do about this? Yes that is right: rant!
The reason i have to buy at least 2 pairs of new bindings per season is quite simple. the force on your binding when you click out when landing fakie even at moderate speeds is enough to rip the heelplate off alost all bingings (when the stopper catches on to the snow the wrong way around). and sure the binding isnt broke, and sure the ski still moves, but everytime you klick out for the rest of the season youll be having to have your ski shipped back from the nearest coastline or the netherlands. Its a pain in the ass. and you give up on randonee type leashes for sure after a couple of times of landing on your severed ski with your hip.
so what is the answer. i dont know yet. but i would like to put it out to all of you hot head "i own a skicompany" potheads that youd be evryone's best frend if you found one. a solution that is not a best frend. no but for real you nithward anf 4frnt geniuses should get on this problem now.
