I now have way more respect for jp auclair than ever after skiing with him today at sunshine village which is about 1 hr and 30 mins from calgary. Not only is he a wicked skier (switch kozac 3 off a snow bump) who knows his shit but he is a wickedly nice guy too. If you ever have the chance to ski with this dude, do...because it is definately worth it. Especially because he gives out pro trick tips for nothing. so, praise JP, as he is one of the few who made skiing what it is today
haha, you make laff, you skiied with jp...ha, nice try you loser, being in the same lift line doesnt mean you skiied with him. its called stalking...spanker
dude, you say it cuz your jealous. i ski'd about 8 runs with him and my old ski team and 2 with just me and him and his friend. i got some footy of him bombing cliffs too. too bad it turned out shitty or id post em w/e. i asked him why he was in calgary and he said he came to calgary to chill for a while. so, w/e.
wow its funny how the footage of tanner rapping mysteriously turned out bad as well do u just have bad luck or are u just a little lying bitch i mean sorry that was mean are you just sketchline? thats what i meant.
i dont understand how you couldnt have respect for him in the first place. he has done so much for hte sport but you need to ride wiht him for him get get the respect he deserves
fuck i have skiied sunshine hundreds of times and never seen anyone decent there (could b because u can never see there tho...the place is always a whiteout!). but fuck i wish i skiied with JP
It was pretty sweet skiing with you guys (Southern Alberta Freestyle and "t3shellvenom" I'm pretty sure I know which one you are..) last sunday, I hadn't skied bumps in like three years..!
^yea. Jp has definetly made this sport what it is today, he was one of the original inovators. i was also extremely impressed and stoked after watching his seg in war this year.
Jeff, usually you are right, but yeah. At Sunshine in November it has deep snow, but sadly no base. So bombing cliffs is entirely possible, but you just have to watch for the fact that you may get a rock on your poop shoot.
i got to ski with JP last season...sorta. we actually all got snowed in at jack frost after a huge tree fell over the access road. The electricity was out so we couldnt use the lifts and the ski patrol wouldnt let us hike the park either. So we built a "mini park" and he was giving us tons of tips. it was great.
