see if you have any plastics stores near your house. I found a place near my house that sold specially cut hdpe adn other plastics.

they have lexan which works well that what i have on my box

my home depot didn't even have any lexan so i had to find a local plastic mart. Search on yahoo local for plastic store and you should probably find something
