Alright, I'm getting a standard Tracker soon. And well, I don't know how to drive it, and I want to study on how to do so before-hand. I don't want anyone to try and explain it on here, I was just wondering if anybody knew some easy, step-by-step tutorials, or movies to teach me a bit more.
my mom taught me how to drive a stick shift when i was 13, its was pretty fun, especially when i was going from 2nd to 3rd gear and missed the clutch and hit the brake instead. I left some bitchin skidmarks
thier are no fucking tips brosif, fucking practice. jesus christ do you think a tip you get from the internet will make you learn how to drive a 5 speed faster
Umm, no, I know there's no better thing than experience. But it can't hurt to go through a quick tutorial before so you actually have an idea what to do.
here is what I did. went to an empty school parking lot and figured out the play between the gas and clutch. also practice shifting while your not moving.
find the point of friction by letting the clutch out only with no gas about half way. The car will seemingly drive itself, with no gas pedal, once you find this point in the clutch where it engages = friction point, you are money and ready to be a getaway driver.
