Man it sucks so bad that the funniest show ever created got canceled. I'm really gonna miss Tobias and Buster. Those two were definitely the funniest on that show.

I loved that show it was so fucking funny. I thought it just got moved to tues day or something. Ah well, thats just as bad as being cancled to me anyways. God that was a kick ass show :(

it got cancelled? since when! i thought they just started the 3rd season. that shit was the funniest thing on tv. people who don't like it are stupid. and by stupid i dont mean "fuck dude, you're stupid" i mean like dropped on your head, ate paint chips stupid.

i looked it up a few days ago and they said its because they dont have enough ppl watching it. people dont understand how ingenious that show is. i love that show so unless tons of ppl start watching the rest of this season, which starts early december, then it's gone

basically it got cancelled because it was humerous in a remarkably refreshing and clever way (as opposed to the nonstop montage of low brow and or painfully predictable quote unquote humour that keeps most sucessful shows on the air) and unfortunately it would seem that it failed to entertain the vast majority of viewers who I can now only assume are the stupid ass, borderline illiterate suckas who simply can't get enough of reality television.

^I think part of the ultimate undoing of the show (which is sadly also one of the things that made it such a brilliant show) is the incredible degree of interconnection between the various characters and events. Every word that is spoken and every event that happens is cleverly linked to things in the past of things that will happen in the future so the show isn't NEARLY as funny or clever if you don't have a pretty good idea what's going on and what has happened in the past. They were quite good at doing flashbacks to keep viewers more or less in the know but that just isn't the same. I hadn't quite made up my mind about the show at first when I would see the odd episode here and there on tv but once I got teh first season on dvd and watched them all in sequence I was immediately hooked.

GOB's full name is George Oscar Bluth. My guess is that GOB is Oscars kid, not Buster. Or maybe both are. It's like they called him GOB because they didnt know if George or Oscar was the father. Could explain Georges non-closeness to GOB.

But yeah, if you don't watch it from the first season and watch random episodes, your not going to get it. There's so much that intertwines together, lots of inside jokes i guess you'd say. The show get's so many awards, but i guess there are a lot of people out there that don't have a broad sense of humor.
