Never. I hate them. Can't stand helmets. We used to be required to wear them at all times on the mountain when I raced... but once I quit racing, the helmet never came back out. Ive gott my share of concussions and I think one or two more and the helmet might come back out.

You are a fucking moron. If anything, there is more of a chance of a head injury on the east coast. Theres this thing we have here on the right coast called ice. If you go down and hit your head on it, you could easily die. Do you really think because you are on the east coast you won't get hurt?

i dont wear a helmet...i think a lot of people on the mt. shouldn't..just because the fact that you do stupider shit and think your so invincible when you wear one...i bet you'd be a more safer skier w/o one.

I really don't think thats true. When I'm skiing, I always wear a helmet no matter what im skiing. I don't think im "invincible" simply because I have a molded piece of fancy plastic around my head. I'm so used to my helmet I don't think that I'm wearing it when im skiing. I would never do something simply because I'm wearing a helmet as opposed to a hat.
