Mounting Karmas

i got the 06 karmas, on them there is a line with FR and one with FS, what do they stand for?? and where should they be mounted. i have mine a bit behind FR line, i think i might want to center my bindings, but does this mean i have to remount my bindings and is this bad for my skis????? pls help....
