Looking for Cheap twin-tips

I'm looking for a pair of cheap twin-tips 'cause i'm trying to get a friend into the urban scene but he doesnt want to spend more than a hundred or so on skis and then ski on grass and pavement with them. I dont want to lend him a pair of my skis either so he's in the market. Bottom line: looking for cheap twin tips in the 160-175cm range and i'm real flexible about year, type etc. as long as they're cheap.
