tell me what is the best program/device to put footage from an old video-8/mini vhs to a computer, I have videomate and IT SUCKS. my fried had an ATI... SOMETHING, but its broken and I cant find it in stores

i dont know, its a microbytes from like 6 years, maybe... at that time it litteraly owned
