i gots an opprotunity to have a house around mt hood meadows for february... is it worth the drive across the country from the east coast to ski ur mountain for a month? what are things like outside of the park?
here is how you decide:
-look at the best trail map you can find for the east coast
-next, look at meadows' trail map
-after that, lock your house down in the meadows area
-send whomever hooked you up a house for month big fat
thank you letter.
thats an awful confident answer, im almost ready to take ur word for it... is the overall skiing as good as everyone puts it out to be? i guess good enough of sammy can call it home... hook up some pictures of the terrain brother
yea especially if you have never skied west coast that much before, it is completely different than the east side. Do it for sure, there is so much terrain in and around hood that you will not be disappointed
the snow is wet compaired to colorrado however there are 3 good sized resorts on hood if you ever get a powder dump talk to some locals and head over to the cliffs at skibowl or upper heather isnt bad
