so what would you guys like to see in the slopestyle course this year, not that i can change it or anything
i think it would be really cool if they had a really big rail feature that you could hit instead of one of the jumps, like an up gap flat gap down rail, or something else really big

i would like to see a rail with a up and then about a 5ft gap into a down rail. right into a 100 ft booter. those two features would set aside the railers and the jumpers from the nest all around park skier. those would be the last two features. i would like to see a quad kink up top into a 60ft hip into a 70 ft table with a huge ass lip into the last two features. that would be sick

^ good idea. But a step on- step off. maybe like the cube one they have at Keystone (see Shanghai Six) or maybe like the one they had at super park two years ago. The one at keystone is more logical though. takes a lot let snow. And if they could make it wide enough maybe put a rail on one side?

Oh yeah... and another thing for the cube one i'm talkin about is a wallride on one side. Like, they had one like it a the Candide Invitational. You just build a kicker that goes at an angle toward the side ot it, and use it like a wallride. Coker does it is Shanghai Six. It could be the feature you use if you bail on the hit before, and don't have enough speed to make it to the top of the cube.

it should have that thing where you do a rail going up then you have something at the top and go back down and hit the same rail going down.

The money booters at squaw and alpine last year were bigger than any jump in the x games. we need fuckin huge booters, cuz i would say, 90 percent of all newschoolers could go through that course and straight air those jumps. so big jumps, and then the fEATURE> an up rail, to gap onto a snow butter pad (shangai six), onto a reverse rainbow rail, gap back onto another butter pad, then a huge step down, like more feet traveled down than out.

i think that the jumps should stay the size they are at, i think that skiing comps should be more than a cab 10 huckfest.
Keep the jumps the same, and reward people like jon olsson who have effortless style, and make everything look awesome.

^^ you dont have to spin cab 10. but the thing is that you cant even get a cab7 to lock good in the xgames because you have to spin so fast... this jumps are so small, i could make the shit they are doing att the x(not all of it! but some)

Yah I agree somewhat, I mean I could straight the jumps and hit the jibs from last year, they need to make the course really unique with larger features, that huge trap stair set they had before was sick

I think there should be a big ass hip at the bottome. That way, the girls can go small if they want, and the dudes can go huge.

definately a channel gap, so the girls can just go straight and guys can transfer and go farther
up-slope rail to gap onto a landing, kinda like a normal jump but instead of a kicker to take off, have a up-slope rail. Possibly a double feature with both onto the same landing

I think they should just do what the gravity games did, make two hits, ones that are like 40-60 for girls, and guys 60-80, just make to hit on each table.

As i have said on NS before, despite the wishes of many people on here and many of the pros, the jumps cannot be buiolt any larger than what their size in previous years due to the lack of steepness of the slope that the slopestyle comp is held on at Buttermilk. It's just too flat and does not allow anyone to pick up enough speed for larger size jumps. You just need to go there and take a look at how bloody high the start area is off the ground. There's a hell of a lot of steps to make your way up.

I would like to see features that athletes wouldn't see in an everyday park sort of thing...like stuff that stands out. Then we would see a more smooth run instead of everyone just hucking themselves onto and off of every feature.

just less jumps or like force teh run so they hit less jumps like in the last x-games skiers only hit like 2 rails and tehy hit like 5 jumps. they need to put more rails in. like 3 jumps and 4 rails. and id like to see more crazy rails not just like down or df rails, like upflatdownflatupflatdown, or upbox-cbox-downbox, or like a flat to up lip to long down. crazy shit. i like the jumps but there to much they should have a big air for the x-games

most jumps look smaller on tv. For most of you if those jumps were at your hill, they would seem huge. But the money booter has always been to small. The Gravity games almost got it right

They should make a gap over a flaming pit of death with human skull implanted into the edges of the landing and take-off. They would have to jump between two cages held up by chains over the pit containing dirty, dirty strippers pole dancing. It'll be like a rock video.

i would like to see them allow me to ski in the x-games. haha. but seriously i want to see some more tech rails and stuff. and a transfer would be cool. back-to-back transfers would be cooler. and a 30 foot gap to down rail as an alternative to one of the jumps
