This is really pissing me off and it needs to stop. I was hoping somebody here had the problem and could help. Anyways, whenever I try to tail press, or lean real far back to tail butter or whatever, I get a horrible cramp in my foot right away. It hurts like hell and really stops my whole skiing right there for like a minute. It just sucks not being able to lean real far back and manual on trails and shit. So I was hoping somebody could give me a remedy or something.
well....sometimes when i'm running or something my balls hurt when i land on them(balls of my feet!!) and it hurts and it feel like they are broken. i'm kind of in the same boat as you cuz i can't figure out how to make them go away. they HURT!!!!
Go get your boots worked on. I had this problem last year and there was something cutting off the circulation right when I would lean back so I got it taken care of and no more foot cramps.
I know it's not my boots. I get random foot cramps in that foot all the time. Like I'd be sitting there, I'd put it in that position, and I instantly fel the muscle cramp up, it really sucks when yur sleeping and that shit comes.
Nooo... Salt makes you retain water, but also causes dehydration. Drink lots of regular water and get your blood checked out for vitamin deficiencies of you get cramps in other muscles too.
does anyone get those fucking cramps in the middle of the night where they go all the way up your leg? god i fukkin hate those things but i figured out if you point your toes up on that foot, it will go away. they wake me up in the night
Yeah I get those too. It used to be worse. I get them because of my high arches. I'm willing to guess you have high foot arches too. Anyways, you have to try and get your foot more flexible. Basically, do calf stretches. Hopefully it will help. If not, then you'll just get good calf flexibility, which can't hurt.
You gotta put your foot on the ground with all of your weight on it so its stretched out...I get them all the time in swimming pools, and they are a pain in the arse!
