buy gloves with the honeycomb pattern in them. like some jackets have.... there are no real 'rip-proof' gloves, the best you can do is once they rip a little, prevent them from tearing any more than that. that's what the whole honeycomb thing is designed to do.
winter work gloves, that is what i use. They are pretty much the toughest thing out their, and pretty cheep. For warmth just buy some expensive liners
