Wax

i have this wax that comes in like a jar like thing, with no melting involved you just put it on and rub it in. what do you think...crappy?

probably wont last as long as normal wax. just use it more often.

Its called quick wax put it on an rub it down/off with a old rag.

it's usually used on XC skis...they won't do anything for yours except come off after your first run...the base has to be heated up for wax to work. sintered bases are porous and when heated the pores expand and take wax in...then when they cool, they cool with the wax in the base.
So...as you can see, that won't do anything

If you want a good all around wax go buy a CH7 Swix wax, thats a pretty good wax for most temperatures and snow types
