Well I bought the learn to strip video only to find out that I am only doing a workout and stuff, which isn't bad but now I gotta go out and buy the strip disc, and the lap dance one, anyone know where its cheaper than 15.99 canadian??
It's a really good video though and I heard alot about it, but just watch the video's for yourself and then jack off, I am not posting a video of me doing the stripping and lap dances, no way lol
Carmens not going to show you how to strip!? You've gotta dedicate yourself to it. Study all those trashy clubs nearby and learn the moves firsthand. Practice until you run out of outfits.....If you work har enough and long enough, One day you could be pulling five dollar bills out of your own ass!
i have it. if you tell me how to copy and send it to you, i will. the lap dance one is OK though, its not amazing. it teaches you how to do a legit lap dance but its not much of a workout.
Actually the idea of the videos is actually to put a fun twist on workout videos. I really dont think its going to produce a nation of strippers. If a few girls or my girl in particular picked up a few moves while staying in shape I wouldnt be making fun of her.
haha that shit does keep you "in shape" hit a fitness center 2 times a week and you will stay in shape. or just dont sit around eating all the time and move that ass dancing
umm well maybe to tone to the smallest degree, but you really need some kinda weight to tone decent. more reps with small weight is great for girls looking to tone their bodies.
then why do all the arobics and yoga girls look so hot? A good session of arobics a few times a week can give a chick a great body without ever having to hit the weigth room
thats if they eat right and exersize... most dont just do yoga 2-3 times a week. most hit the gym and train also. yoga is more of a way to control breathing and stress. to get limber and shit. plus yoga focuses on holding positions where you are exersizing a certain muscle. this in turn tones that muscle much better as if weights were used. those aerobic videos will get a good heart rate going and cardio but you do not hold the strech or movtion so the muscle is not worked as much.
