hold them upside down under the basket and see how high they come up, if it comfortable its good,

^ yea same here.. you dont want to have them to long or to short that it makes them uncomfortable

ur supposed to hold them upside donw, under teh basket and your arms should make a 90 degree angle. but i personally prefer shorter poles

too long is way better than too short. causae if its too short, your stuck in the lift line anyways

there shouldnt be a specific length you should use. just use the pole size that is most comfortable.
