i herd from 8 differnt people it was opening december 3rd. is this true. i know all the weather and ground freezing aplys in this so i was wandering if this was true and when are they going to start blowing

I'm going to say looking at how much snow is down, i'm going to say no i don't think thats a true statement. I think its supposed to warm up next week and possibly rain. So that won't help.

there are rumOrs about opening day every year. lets think about this for a minute, since they haven't even turned the guns on yet, how could they possibly have a date set? doesn't really add up does it? the guns are gonna get turned on the monday after thanksgiving, weather permitting. don't get too excited until you are on the slope in line for first chair of the season. with the weather's recent addiction to crystal meth, its demeanor can change in a day. it's still gonna be a little while til we are skiing.

i just looked at accuweather.com, and it has the temps going back into the 50's the week after thanksgiving. don't get your hopes up kiddies.

but its supposed to be cold at night from now till thanksgiving. if they can get some sorta base down to keep it through the warm week, it would rock out hard. and its all possible.
