pretty legal as far as I know, that poor woman in california had one bought out from under her and is now being charged 3500 bucks if she wants it, and it was a disease awareness site that her daughter/son died at at the age of 3. This was on the news today, so either that is quick legeslation or you are wrong.

in all seriousness, make it something short and easy to remember. from what i've seen so far, last name followed by remax would be your best bet.
