you can actually resuze your pictures in paint. open your picture, press ctrl+w (atleast i do, tell me if this doesnt work), and scale down the % of the top two columns. this way the picture does not crop. save as jpg. stunning!

also you can crop the picture if you want to keep the pictures object in focus as well as resizing
