Heres what I can contribute and correct me if I'm wrong JF Cusson invented the mute grab, Salomon invented the first twin tip ski in 1998, JF Cusson takes gold at first big air event at 1999 Winter Xgames , the inagural US Freeskiing Open holds first slopestyle/big air/skiercross in 2000, 2001 Phil Larose wins first US Open super pipe comp, 2002 Jon Olson won first XGames pipe comp and Tanner Hall takes first Xgames slopestyle.
