i switch it up, but i always sleep with one arm under my pillow. I rock one pillow now. Its weird, ill go to sleep one way, wake up the same way but the sheets on my bed will be enitirely on the floor with just the comforter on top of me. Morning wood, is annoying, i hate when mom walks in to wake me up during "me time"

If I hope to fall asleep, I have to be on my stomach. I think for the most part that I sleep on my side in my sleep but gotta be on the stomach to fall asleep. It is kinda funny to wake up with one arm totally asleep and like swing it around and lift it up in the air and try to keep it there. Stranger, anyone?

I used to always sleep on my stomach, but that along with sports twisted my spine (because you have to twist your neck to turn your head to the side to breathe, it progressively twists your spine.
Many months of chiropractic treatment later and my back is better and somehow I now sleep on my back.
