Yeah, me my bro and a friend are planning on making a trip out to SLC sometime this winter.
We're trying to go ultra low budget on this one. Is there anywhere thats extremely cheap (or free) to stay, or are we going to have to sleep in the airport lobby? Any empty couches or floors in the area?

there are lots of cheap hotels in the city like motel 8 and stuff that wouldnt cost more than 30 dollars a night, and then you have busses and trains to take you anywhere

I'm sure for the right amount of beer, especially out of state beer you could find a couch to sleep on. Or just drink your coat and rough it in the backseat of a car in a resort parking lot.

Alright, we found a hostel that we can stay at for 20 bucks a night since apparently you have to be older to get a real hotel room.
They do have public transportation to some of the resorts from the city dont they? Because I think you have to be 21 to get a rental car for insurance reasons.
Yeah, so we'll be down there between Jan. 2-6.

We've got 4 people now, two 17, two 16, but if everything works out right it looks like we've found a cheap hostel thing to stay at.
