i was just checking out some upcoming rail jams and i saw that they seperated skier and boarder events at this resort. i know its not a big deal, and some people might like it, but i have lots of friends that board and i always feed of them. especially during a jam, where people tend to do the same tricks.

Yeah but you cant judge ski and boarding together, its impossible.

yeah, seperate divisions are fine and make sense in alotta cases, but it sucks when only one or the other is allowed, I mean they're already going to all the trouble of organizing the jam, couldn't they just let skiers and boarders hit it?

i think it should be done so everyone competes together, but the only difference is prise giving, where theres a 1st place for both skiing and boarding

sometimes it makes perfect sense. theres a snowboard premiere tonight with a rail jam. i will not complain that skiers arent allowed for this one, because its a snowboard event anyways. think about stuff like that.
