They have taken one piece suits. They made the Rad, or Gaper or whatever. Sure its like making fun of it, but i'm sure a ton of stupid snowboarders will buy it. i personally think its retarded to buy a new one piece from a core snowboard company, that is making fun of the original. the whole point of an 80's looking one piece, is that its actually from the 80s, and there is a story behind it. Sweet newschool ones are an exception.

ummmmm maybe another thing they took from skiing was shaped boreds just like skis so they could carve, or maybe what the cores, bases and topsheets were made out of, or maybe metal edges or maybe the whole fricken idea of going down a snow covered hill??

The whole Idea of going down the mnt. on a piece of wood. They took that from us. They also took the idea of bindings from us. first snowboards just had griptap like skateboards. They also took the idea of waxing their boards. Also skiis were the first to do really tecnical bigmnt. lines.
