Recently I have been looking for a video camera, and I came across this site, www.usaphotonation.com, the deals seemed too good to be true...and they were. At first I thought I was just purchasing the camera without the batteries. The sales people did not tell me anything of this sort, they were just trying to sell their camera by saying, oh, you only get the camera, it doesn't come with the accessories, luckily I asked them what accessories it didn't come with or I would be down $1300. When you purchase something from this site, you are just buying the camera, it is not programmed with firmware so it isn't usable. Firmware is like the windows of a computer, it tells the camera what to do, without firmware, the camera is basically useless. So for everyone that has been looking around for video and picture cameras, don't buy them from www.usaphotonation.com because the prices actually are, too good to be true. The people who work there are also very very dirty! The sales representitive was trying to get into my personal life to sell me this damn camera.
