Well, it wasnt really early decision but i just found out from the CU website/app. status page that i got accepted!!! first choice! good luck on the colby thing, thats a pretty sweet school

'one time, last week, i was trying to see how long i could keep mouthwash in my mouth. I sat down to watch tv with it in. After about 15 minutes it stopped buring and i forgot i had it in, then i accidently swallowed some. I couldnt stop throwing up for like 2 minutes, i couldnt breathe. it was horrible. I got deferred from colby to the regular decision pool, so I wll find out about taht in the spring.
I just found out that I got into CU Boulder too .
Im applying to like 7 other schools too.

yeah go to du so you can drive 2 hours to a decent resort and then battle I-70 traffic everyday and be stuck in it for hours on end only moving a few miles. But wait there's more!!! you get to live in a shit hole of a city thats way too over congested. because everyone has some image of what denver is in their own heads thinking it's the greatest city in the world when in reality it's a mini l.a. so yeah du rocks.

as far as ski schools go there are way better than cu/du... plus all the yuppies in boulder..not really my thing, but as far as education goes it is way better than my school

University of Nevada-Reno. Nuf said.
As far as DU goes, that's probably the worst school I could choose. It's in-state for me but it's still $32,000 a year. If I had to 32 grand, I'd be going to Cali. Plus DU's right in downtown Denver and sure, Lo-Do rocks, but it's a long drive to a decent resort. Denver is not a mini LA. Maybe the freeway systems are similar because ours sucks and both cities have tons of suburbs, but the downtown areas are totally different. Denver's actually downtown part is sort of like Portland.
