ok, so on the bus today.... this kid tells the whole bus that one time he took a telescope and looked at a girl through a window with it.... i was like kid ur fucked up, and he says, so theres nothing wrong with that, and i said yea, its illegal.. and he said no its not, so i bet him 10 bucks it was.....
so what is exactly illegal about it, like could it be invasion of privacy?
