just cus you ski alaska dosnt mean your alaskans dumbshit. thats like saying i drove over canada once so that makes me canadian. sure morrison skis here alot. but in no way is he an alaskan. alaskan skiers are the ones who live here AND ski here.
as far as the best one...i dunno. i ski pretty damn well big mountain, but probably im nothin to big compared to some of the kids mentioned here. specially cus i cant land switch, but hey, i still look steezy droppin the knee.
im gonna try and take a trip up to girdwood and check the talent up there. i did once last year but it was a horrible day and no one was up. whats a good time of year all you aleyskas?
where do you usually ski buddy? anyway, watch for a storm, either ski during the storm if you want freshies, keep in mind alyeska visibility during storms is shit. and also, they never open up the outer areas(aka the fun areas) during storms. they usually wait to see how it settled and what avy conditions are. last year two patrollers got stuck in one on the North Face. one broke his pelvis....ouuch. anyway, and for good snow and good people, the day after or a couple days after a storm provide good snow and good skiers.
i live in juneau and ski at eaglecrest. its not much but we make the best of it. hopefully ill be able to get up there at least once this year. i think im gonna be at b line this summer with like 15 juneau kids.
zach D. and tim D. for people who used to reside in alsaks but live somewhere else now, but people living here now i would have to say Nills, just because i havn't ridden with anyone from anchorage
im not the best in alaska, this thread is bunk.... and for those of you who say alaskan skiers arnt noticed... just wait, tim and zach are out there and troy is on his way.... and why does this have to be a topic, who cares whos the best and who isnt, fuck, all most skiers care abotu these days is who is better... why cant you just ski for the love and stop caring who is the best, because just remember whereever you are there will always be someone better out there than you. stop making skiing a competition because your making it look bad as a sport. And plus, any of you fucks who arnt from alaska, since your making this a competition and saying how theres no known alaskans out there.... leave your little parks and come ride all natural shit with us, we will show you how it is done.
peace niggers
pretty much noone should listen to this uh-lah-ska kid cause he doenst know hwat hes talking about. tim and zach are the best and lucas and troy are the best upandcommers.
having grown up in AK, I know that no one on NS knows the best skier in AK. It's a totally different world up there. It's very back-woods, and low key..,,
It's full of rippers that have never been seen by the Industry
You should work your entire life in hopes to end up in alaska.
i like how people are saying seth morrison is the best AK skier... haha, hes definitely not from AK... thats like saying tanner hall is the best alaskan skier just because he has skied here, get your facts strait bitches
