1. more color contrast decent composition
2. would help to have something in the foreground or not moving, longer shutter for even smoother water
3. id like to see more interesting lighting on the cats face
4. decent use of foreground branches, too centered
Oh it totally is off balance as fuck. And it's probably out of focus too. and there's some ridiculous chromatic aberration going on around the legs, but I don't really care because Subject! woo hoo!
The clearest I've ever seen! I pulled over with about half a dozen other people to check it out. This was taken somewhere nearby Mt Elbert in Colorado on my way to a festival.
It's hard to tell in the pic but there is actually a light rain occuring. The ray of light that is punching through the clouds paired with the rain made it incredibly vibrant.
i think it'd be better if you tightened it up to get rid so many trees in the empty space on the right, and framed the skier in the right hand 1/3 of the frame
Tingajust got my camera and have been playing around a bit. all photos posted from instagram so composition is a bit skewed
anyone have any tips or comments?
Use an app like whitagram so you can post your full sized pictures onto insta, then composition won't be skewed, also the pictures kind of lacked a subject to me
Really happy with the results from my recent trip to China. Usually when I shoot it's really consistent where I am and I already know what's happening so it's almost too easy. Being out of my element really required me to think about what I was doing a lot more in order to get the final result. Please critique!
