i hate money odours. i once took money from an atm and someone had written all over it with a sharpy that said "smells like beer" and it really did smell like beer

It's as good as cash, pretty much. It doesn't work like a check where the check is checked against the balance in your checking account(sorry had to do it). People pretty much pay cash for the money orders and make it out to someone so there isn't any chance of it bouncing. It's way safer than sending cash through the mail and less chance you can get screwed over with a bounced check. You can buy em at the Post office.
