LOCATION: 1100 East 1872 South, Salt Lake City. (About two blocks north of the Barnes & Noble in the Sugarhouse area - the house is four blocks away from I-80, and less than 40 minutes from all ski resorts.)

RENT: $310 per month + utilities: high speed internet, electricity & gas (about $30 per month)

($300 security deposit required -- completely refundable.)

AVAILABLE: Immediately

INCLUDES: Private bedroom (newly painted with lots of shelf storage), private access to bedroom, hardwood floors, spacious, washer & dryer, lots of windows and off street parking.

ROOMMATES: 3 girls (all ski and snowboard), clean, very laid back, nice and wonderful to be with. (Ages 21, 22 & 27.)

OTHER INFO: shared bathroom with 2 of the girls. the living room, kitchen and bathroom are all very large.

Its worth it in the winter. I've heard SLC is only 45% mormon too.

it may only be 45% but they controll everything. i went to slc last winter to ski with my dad, all i can say is that it was amaizing

Oh yeah, SLC is only 45%, Park City is probably less too, but you get into the outskirts, like Sandy and Provo... you better not be a sinner.

i had a girl move in with me. she was ugly and fat and the messiest dirtiest person i've ever met! i was about to move out cause i couldn't stand her any more, but then she moved out! :)
